Hi – I’m Ishita Dosi.
I help founders and small business owners build clarity, sharpen their narrative, and grow with confidence.
My work blends strategy, storytelling, and business thinking – so you not only look good on paper, you’re also equipped to make smarter decisions, pitch better, and scale with clarity.
Quick facts about my journey
I actually started my career as a dentist, and even practiced for a few years – before realizing that clinical work wasn’t where my heart was. So I made a bold, very non-traditional move for a dentist in India at the time: I pivoted and left for an MBA in the US.
After graduating, I worked in strategy consulting in the United States, helping large businesses solve complex problems. It was valuable experience, but I felt the familiar itch to explore more, grow more, and rethink the direction of my career.
So I decided to leave a well-paying job, move back to India, and immerse myself in the world of startups. I spent months analyzing companies, understanding what makes a strong founder or business model, and eventually moved into venture capital.
When I had my baby, something clicked. I wanted to build something of my own that combined my consulting, VC, and storytelling experience. That’s how this practice began – to help founders and small businesses gain clarity and grow smarter
